Ok, i am not a CEO. Probably not going to be, as it is not in my domain of interest. Whatever.

But i believe im a born leader. I can initiate, plan things, make decisions, execute, see results then give feedbacks. Half of the people i know cannot do those things, or maybe they can, they prefer not to. But thats not an issue. A good leader can also be a follower, as long as the people they suppose to follow MAKE SENSE to them.

When i first started working, my mentor told me to remember 2 rules. Which are:

1.    Your boss is always right

2.    If your boss is wrong, refer to number one.

Hmm. Ok.

But (my generation and) I beg to differ.

We should stop using the rules. Here, i propose a new one.

1.    Your boss is always right

2.    If your boss is wrong, try to correct him. But make sure you’ve done all your research and prepare well. Dont do it alone, Do it in groups of trusting people.

3.    If your boss still thinks he is right, take out that resignation letter and RESIGNED.

If you are an intelligent and resourceful worker, know your value. Do not stay in a company that does not appreciate your existance.

Most successful companies encourage employees to make decisions, providing an environment of open communication and acceptance of new ideas. That is EMPOWERMENT.

You dont have to be in C-level, to be in control.  If you are in such condition, that is soooo SAD. Refer to my third rule. There are thousands of other companies out there that might suit you. REALLY.

Rules of writing

I was reading Dr M's latest entry entitle 'sejarah', about how we Malaysian always have to justify the truth to maintain the greater goods of all race. But is it really? Who are we protecting by doing that?

Even in our daily lives, we are doing that. anything you write Must be positive and neutral. Like you are not allowed to have opinions. Even if we do,just keep it to yourself. Thats Malaysian.

But at the same time, you talk about wanting the younger generations to think outside the box, be innovative, have courage to change the status quo, etc. Is it the generation gap or am i being a brat if i think those people are the dumbest group ever to walk on this planet earth? Those leaders who think they can justify one part of our mind to obey and follow their stupid rules and at the same time wanting us to make them rich by having all these gifted and bright minds to serve the country.

To hell with all you suckers, i am writing history not fairy tales. Telling me to shut up? That just giving me more points to write bad things about you. Haha

Delete facebook

Its annoying when people purposely add you as friend just to dig out and find faults. I will say what i want to say still. If you suck then be afraid.

Work, Launching, midterm exams and angry birds

Wei, life has been so crazily hectic lately.
The 6th day of the year and tons of unchecked todo list.
I hate that.

Not the busy part,of course.
As I enjoy being busy.
Its the second best thing in life.

I spend most of 9-5 traveling back and forth from KL to nilai.
Bigggg big huge project coming up in Feb.hehe.grin

I already ponteng few classes sebab terlalu mengantuk akibat daripada jem yang bodoh itu.
50mins journey bole jadi 3 hours. Bodo. Depressed.
The midterm exams were ok so never mind the class.

Oh yea. I finally bought my first Apple iPad.
And am writing on it this very second.
Perasan sungguh cool la ni.

My second Apple insyaAllah coming end of this year.
Waiting for Lion to be release in Malaysia.

Hehe. Merepek. Dah tengah malam
Tak bole tido lagi sebab keje belum siap
Tapi main angry birds tak bole stop.
Dah 5 hari tak lepas level.
Susah hati dowh.
